International student center
The International Student Center (ISC) within Seattle University's Student Development division is strongly committed to supporting the academic and Jesuit mission of Seattle University and the strategic priority of Global Engagement by working closely with campus partners in supporting over 865 international students from 64 countries around the world. The ISC is made up of both professional staff and student staff members, along with a variety of student leaders.
international dinner
The International Dinner is one of Seattle University's most historic signature annual events. The very first International Dinner started in 1977 with a potluck full of home cooked dishes. Over 40 years later, the International Dinner continues to be a staple within the Seattle University community.
International Dinner is almost entirely student-run and organized, typically including committees on Decorations, Food, Marketing, Fundraising, and Entertainment. With over 40 student leaders, this event hosts performances from Seattle University students and alumni along with Seattle community cultural performers and food from the homes of many of our very own Seattle University international students' home countries.
